Orders
The checkout stage on The LDO Edit website will require the input of personal information. Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your details or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately.
The checkout and confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the product(s) you have reserved.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, and therefore, please save details of the order acknowledgement for your own records.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates.
The price of products can be changed more than once. By ‘RRP’ we mean the original brand’s selling price. By ‘Outlet’ price we mean the cost of the item from the brand’s outlet store at London Designer Outlet. By The ‘LDO Edit’ price we mean the exclusive price available on The LDO Edit website.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
If you wish to amend or change your order please email hello@londondesigneroutlet.com. The changes requested will only be complete at the time you receive a new email confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order please email hello@londondesigneroutlet.com. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been cancelled.
If you have lost your order confirmation – please visit the store and supply your full name and email address to a member of the store’s staff, they can retrieve your order details if it is within the 48 hour reservation period.
Payment and Collecting Your Order
No payment is taken at the time of your order, payment will be taken at the point of collection.
When collecting your order please show proof of reservation. This would include:
- Reservation Number
- Email showing reservation number
If, in our opinion, any person or persons, whether acting on behalf of themselves or a business, engages in practices that call into question the fair use of the reserve and collect system, we reserve the right to cancel reservations and / or to restrict / block access to the check and reserve system for that person or persons. Examples of such activity may include placing significant numbers of reservations where the goods are not subsequently collected, placing significant numbers of reservations for the same product without them being subsequently collected and the selling of reservation confirmations. This list is not exhaustive. Please be aware: the maximum number of reservations per person, per item is three.
Refunds
Please refer to the individual brand store’s refund policy at the time you collect your order. The LDO Edit website does not issue refunds.
Privacy
We collect your full name and email address at the point of reservation. Please see London Designer Outlet’s Privacy Policy: www.londondesigneroutlet.com/privacy-policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
